Founder & CEO

Amy Levinson is a seasoned pharmaceutical media and marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience driving strategic, integrated solutions across the healthcare landscape. She specializes in transforming brand objectives into actionable insights and media strategy.

Amy’s expertise includes brand launches, lifecycle management, and competitive positioning across a wide range of therapeutic areas. She brings strong strategic acumen to every engagement, leveraging deep customer insights, digital innovation, and advanced analytics to optimize performance and strengthen cross-functional alignment.

Amy’s collaborative approach ensures that strategies are both insight-driven and operationally effective.

Known for her tenacity and solutions-oriented leadership, Amy excels at navigating complex challenges and driving results in dynamic environments. She is also recognized as a collaborative, engaging partner—bringing energy, positivity, and a sense of fun to every team she works with.

Rabecca Eunis

CFO

For Rabecca, finance isn't just a profession – it's a legacy. As a second-generation CPA with over 30 years of experience, she has witnessed firsthand the power of sound financial strategy. Beyond the numbers, her passion lies in helping businesses not just survive, but truly thrive. 

As a CFO and a dedicated tax strategist, Rabecca is the foundational leg of our operation, providing the financial clarity and strategic guidance needed to reach and exceed growth goals.

Jillian Bernstein

Talent Management Director

Jillian is our Talent Management Director, responsible for sourcing top talent and ensuring a meaningful and rewarding ALL-GMS experience.

She leads onboarding, fosters team engagement through semi-annual summits, and oversees benefits, performance, and employee matters. Outside of work, she enjoys Peloton workouts, and hiking with her family.

Cedric Victor

Creative Director

Cedric has been in the advertising world for 20+ years. An award-winning creative, he brings a deep love of communication and conversation to everything he does. His clients span the business spectrum from entertainment and human rights to technology, publishing and pharmaceutical advertising. 

After living in the Middle East, Europe, and the deep South, he can be found in New York City, where he makes his home with his wife and painting studio.

Zoe Noll

Media Director

Our no-nonsense super doer, Zoe is the glue of the activation team, ensuring seamless media execution with 25+ years of experience. She drives impactful HCP and consumer campaigns across oncology, neurology, immunology, dermatology, and more.

A master of integrated media execution, she navigates print, digital, out-of-home, search, and radio with precision. A true problem-solver, Zoe gets the right work done—on time, every time.

Ivette McFarland

Media Director

With 20+ years in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing, Ivette brings expertise in media strategy, execution, and client services. Her background across project management, production, and account services gives her a holistic industry perspective.

A dedicated mentor and leader, she fosters collaboration and accountability to drive excellence for clients, brands and teams. Outside of work she enjoys life with her husband and their German Shepherd, Kaia.

Matthew Butler

Director, Analytics

Matt is an Analytics Director with 10+ years of agency experience, including 5 years focused on pharmaceutical and rare disease brands. He brings deep technical expertise in digital marketing operations, with a strong focus on conversion optimization.

His work spans analytics development, site measurement frameworks, tagging implementation for multichannel funnels, and dashboard reporting automation. Away from his desk, Matt heads outdoors—on a motorcycle, dirt bike, or bicycle.

Chris Radford

Director, Ad Operations

Chris brings over 13 years of experience in advertising operations and governance. He’s supported a wide range of clients on both the agency and vendor-sides, bringing a unique perspective that delivers client success through sophisticated tech enablement.

Chris leads with deep empathy and endless curiosity. If he isn’t nerding out over some new workflow automation, you can catch him staying active through running, climbing, and weightlifting…if he’s not recovering from his latest tattoo, of course. 

Pamela Brogan

Associate Director, Search Marketing

With more than 10 years of agency-side paid search experience, Pamela specializes in pharmaceutical search strategy and performance optimization. She supports large-scale campaigns with a data-driven approach focused on measurable results.

A collaborative mentor and strategic thinker, she values team development and accountability. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, getting outdoors with her dogs, and baking sourdough.

George C. Damanis

Associate Director, Paid Social‍ ‍

George Damanis specializes in social media with over fifteen years of experience and a record of delivering groundbreaking results for pharmaceutical companies.

His strategic mindset has consistently set new benchmarks, helping our clients achieve record sales, and exceptional engagement metrics. Outside the digital realm, George's vibrant personality shines through his roles as a husband, father to his three boys, and a community leader.
